She returned my call promptly, figured out which vehicle I was interested in, made the time to meet with me (after hours) and had the vehicle waiting in front of the building ready to go. We agreed on a price over the phone and she stuck to it and it took no longer than 90 minutes to complete the deal from the time we walked into the office.
