I purchased a car from Jones Junction approximately two weeks ago with the impression that this dealer was really about satisfying the customer. Unfortunately after the car is sold the customer service go weeks ago with the impression that this dealer was really about satisfying the customer. Unfortunately after the car is sold the customer service goes out the window. The whole promise "we will give you a rental when you car is being worked on" is a joke. First of all you have to call and remind them that you have an appointment, and second they will forget your rental car. If you're lucky you get one by the next day. As far as the body work and repairs, they do as little as they have to in order to say that something was done. Probably my worst mistake is communicating over the phone, from now on I'll get EVERYTHING in writing. Horrible Service, the people that work there should be ashamed of themselves. I most definitely will not recommend this dealer to anyone else, two friends of mine have witnessed the unprofessionalism of the sales person I've dealt with. It's unfortunate that they convince you that they are such a good company in the beginning, because I'm usually skeptical and I believed them. My mistake... now I'm stuck with a twenty six thousand dollar car that they will not repair. More

I was referred to Charles Wrencher because I was told he was an honest good person and I recently have gone through some very rough times. Not only was Charles friendly and courteous so was the finance per was an honest good person and I recently have gone through some very rough times. Not only was Charles friendly and courteous so was the finance person I dealt with. I felt very comfortable and felt I was in the right hands. I will recommend all my friends and family who are looking for a vehicle to contact Charles he was a pleasure to work with and I will go back there in the future.
