The people were very efficient, the waiting lounge was very comfortable and they provided free hot dogs and coffee. The total cost to me, $0. They will come to your home and get your vehicle and leave you a loaner car if you're within 50 miles. The Rav4 (6 cyl., 4WD) proved itself very capable this past winter.
