I have taken my car to Jones for service since I have owned the car. Unfortunately, I have gone through several service reps who have left, But I do have Joe now and he makes sure that all repairs and s owned the car. My husband and I just purchased a new Toyota Camry 2011 from Jones Toyota a couple of days ago. We had a wonderful experience there and felt very comfortable buying a car from them. Our positive experience was mainly due to Rob Cappalletti, the sales representative we worked with. Rob was incredibly knowledgeable about the car we wanted to purchase and very patient and understanding with us. The first time we visited the dealership, Rob spent over two hours with us, making sure we understand the specifications of the car, including a lengthy test-drive. We were also very happy with the final (out-the-door) price we negotiated. The dealership did not have the car we wanted available right away, so we had to wait for a couple of days to be delivered. I was impressed that they did not try to change the price we had already negotiated when we went back to purchase the car. Overall, we had a wonderful experience with all the people we interacted with during the purchase process. I highly recommend Rob Cappalletti as the best car dealer I have ever met. Also, a special "Thank You" to Rob's manager, Tim Wojciechouski. Tim was very reasonable and pleasant to work with while negotiating the final price of the car, especially compared to managers in other Toyota dealerships, who did their best to cheat us. Tim did not "play games" with us. He was honest, polite, and did his best to help us get what we wanted. I really appreciate his work with us. Thank you very much for everything Tim and Rob. We love our new car and I am sure I will come to you again next time I need to purchase a vehicle. I will also recommend your services to all of my friends and clients. More

the cd player in my camry, under warranty, did not work properly. Ruanne made herself completely available to me, worked with the lead service tech ( i forget his name), and had a new system installed wit properly.
