I bought many cars from this dealer and found them to be very customer oriented and the service this dealership provides are very satisfactory. Besides free oil change for the vehicles, they also provide f very customer oriented and the service this dealership provides are very satisfactory. Besides free oil change for the vehicles, they also provide free manicure and sometimes (I believe only the summer months) free barbecue hot dogs and hamburgers. (I wish they have more hamburgers than hot dogs as hamburgers runs out almost all the time when we try to get them). About two weeks ago I went to this dealer again to see what they have to offer on the various cars they carry and spoke with Jennifer Spacek, the sale person who was very helpful and knowledgeable about the car. Our overall experience with this dealer is always very satisfactory and I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for new or used cars. More

The service rep., Karen, was very friendly and made her recommendations on the service my Camry would need, she was not pushy. The waiting area was comfortable and restrooms were very clean. The sales man was very nice and worked with us when we were not prepared to buy a car or have another car payment. I am impressed with Jones and will not shop for a car any where else at this point. Great service overall, a few small snagslike for example they were unable to fill up the gas tank because the card would not work. This was easily resolved however. I love the JOnes for life program also! More
Jones Junction was a breathe of fresh air after spending the entire day at various other dealerships who treated me more like an opportunity than a human being. All of the services and friendly sales staff are ultimatly what set them apart from everyone else. I would like to give a special thanks to the sales representitive that I dealt with Adam. To be honest I didnt really know what I wanted, and I was quite flustered after an entire day of looking. He helped me determine what I really needed instead of basing what i needed on what I was looking to spend. He was more like a guide than a pushy salesman. Thanks Jones and Adam! More

These two individuals are very quick and efficient at what they do. The van that we wanted they did not have in stock but it took them less then 4 hours to get one for us. Not to mention they worked out a GREAT price for us, which we are so very thankful for! Now that's customer service at its best! They both have been in contact with us both since we have bought the van, making sure that we love it (which we do!),and asking if we have any questions. I really just cant say enough about them. They are both definitely all about the customer service! Congrats to Jones and Toyota for having these two on there team! I expect to see them both there in 5 years when we want to buy a new Toyota again! More
WENT TO THE SHOP AND WAS GREATED WITH A HANDSHAKE AND A SMILE BY RICHARD. CAR WAS THERE FOR A 30,000 MILE SERVICE. THE SERVICE TO BE PROVIDED WAS EXPLAINED, PRIOR TO ME HANDING OVER THE KEYS. I WAS PROV SMILE BY RICHARD. CAR WAS THERE FOR A 30,000 MILE SERVICE. THE SERVICE TO BE PROVIDED WAS EXPLAINED, PRIOR TO ME HANDING OVER THE KEYS. I WAS PROVIDED WITH A LOANER CAR TO USE, WHICH WAS BRAND NEW. I WAS CALLED PROMPTLY BY RICHARD WHEN THE SERVICE WORK WAS FINISHED. WHEN I WENT TO PICK-UP MY CAR, AGAIN WHAT WAS DONE WAS FULLY EXPLAINED AND I WAS PROVIDED WITH A CHECK LIST OF THE COURTESY MULTI-POINT INSPECTION THAT WAS DONE. NO OTHER WORK WAS FOUND TO BE NEEDED DURING THIS INSPECTION. THE CAR WAS ALSO THOROUGHLY CLEANED BEFORE BEING RETURNED TO ME. WITH "JONES FOR LIFE" SERVICE, ALL I NEEDED TO PAY FOR WAS A TIRE ROTATION, WHICH I HAD REQUESTED TO BE DONE. VERY FAIR PRICE OF $19.95. THE CAR HAS BEEN THERE FOR SERVICE AT 5,000 MILE INTERVALS AND I HAVE ALWAYS HAD A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE WITH EVERY SERVICE WRITER I HAVE COME IN CONTACT WITH. More
