I recently bought a brand new Toyota from Jones and it was the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership I walked in and was greeted by Mr. Harrow who was very accomidating to me with everything was the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership I walked in and was greeted by Mr. Harrow who was very accomidating to me with everything I wanted in my vehicle and he was also able to meet me at the price that I wanted which no other dealership could do!! While Mr. Harrow was finishing my deal Mr.Serio went and picked up the car for him filled the car up with gas and had it all set and ready to go!! I must say these two work as a great team and are great salesman I will definently be back because of the great customer service and Jones for a lifetime. More

The service at this dealer was excellent. The salesman Jason was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. The entire buying experience, albiet a bit long (isn't it always), was professional, organized and concise. What I observed also was what appeared to be a team approach - everybody seemed to be crosstrained to other duties in the buying process and it worked to keep the process always moving without interruption. Every person I worked with or spoke to was smiling, pleasant and made me feel like I was someone THEY WANTED TO DO BUSINESS WITH. Based on my experience, I would not at all be reluctant to highly recommend JONES TOYOTA to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle.
