I have been a customer of Jones Junction Toyota for twenty plus years and have always had good service. Even when I was unhappy with a detailing of my car, I was given a free detailing with no questio twenty plus years and have always had good service. But upon inspection, they found the oil pan was leaking, a problem of which I was unaware. Cathy took me to the mechanic who showed me the oil pan and I could see clearly that oil was seeping around the gasket and pan. I was quoted a price but when I wnet to pick up the car, the actual price was several dollars lower than the original quote. I was very happy. I am a woman who knows little about cars and needed repairs but I never feel that I am being taken advantage of or treated unfairly. Cathy Greenwell really works for the benefit of her customers. She is greatly appreciated. Some of the younger female employees in the service area could learn from her. The employees in the car rental department were also extremely helpful and very pleasant. We went in on a very busy saturday just to price and look at a car. We had to ask for a salesman which I found to be great...they were not pushy or hovering like most car dealerships.
