I have been a Jones Junction customer for over 2 years and I have never regretted it. I recently traded in, and purchased a new car; and the whole process could not have gone more smoothly. Jason was and I have never regretted it. I recently traded in, and purchased a new car; and the whole process could not have gone more smoothly. Jason was extremely polite and very helpful in showing me cars within my price range. Service on my car was never a hassle, and the technicians have always been very polite and make sure I know what is going on. I come in regularly for a carwash and enjoy a free lunch at least twice a month, and have always been helped in a timely manner. Jones for Life is awesome! More

Best waiting room I've ever seen for a car service! Also a pleasant experience with the courtesy rental. This was my first service appointment since purchasing my vehicle last October and all I can say is what a pleasant experience! It was a service appointment like no other I have ever had from any other dealer. Upon pulling up to the bay the doors opened, someone directed me in, took my name and told me my service rep, Cathy, would be over after finishing with her current customer. Cathy Greenwell, the advisor who helped me was wonderful. She explained everything as she went along and called me from the waiting room when the service was completed. Cathy couldn't have been more friendly and cheerful. And this experience is why I have given the rating that I have:) More
When I walked into the dealership I couldn't believe the size and perks that they give you to buy a new car.A Broadway production company could not do a better job than they do. This is my first car from Jones and I have been very impressed with customer care. I love te fact that I can pull up to the garage, the door opens, and someone immediately approaches you for assistance impressed with customer care. Love the dealership even though it is a little drive to get there I was very satisfied with the outcome of my new 2010 Toyota Tacoma. You can get free food, hotdogs and free popcorn and on the weekend they have someone operating a grill out side fixing hotdogs and hamburgers while you wait to get your vehicle serviced.Even a free manincure. No other dealerships offers that kind of service. I also like the idea of free pickup of your vehile when service is needed. With a free loaner.All you do is request the service and they will pickup your vehicle for you and bring it back to your home. I have no complaints about the service that I recieved when I took my vehicle in for the first service of 5000 miles. I don't know of any other dealership that offers as much as Jones Toyota. Since buying the vehicle I have had numerous people saying what a great looking truck it is.Plus the engine is guaranteed for life. Where on earth do you get that kind of service no where but Jones Toyota of BelAir, MD. More

This is the best service I've received in the county since I returned to Jones Toyota after a very long hiatus (1976-1977). Unfortunately the purchase of my new vehicle in 1976 and the subsequent servi since I returned to Jones Toyota after a very long hiatus (1976-1977). Unfortunately the purchase of my new vehicle in 1976 and the subsequent service I sought in 1977 were damaging to my trust in the dealership, so I went elsewhere. My mother was receiving service/repairs from a local business which has been around for approximately 25-30 years. When the owner retired and sold his business to his 'first string' mechanic, we thought we would be in great hands, as usual. Unfortunately, that experience formed an unwavering distrust for that local business and the service personnel the business employed. After approximately 1 year of time, 3 replacements of the heater core and 1 replacement of the thermostat, my mother still didn't have heat. When she was at her wit's end and thought she would have to purchase a new vehicle (beginning of last winter in 2010), I decided since I am personally fond of Joe Sweitzer (my beau and Joe's wife are siblings), I knew we couldn't go wrong at least having them look at the vehicle at which time we would receive an honest assessment instead of the run-around. Well, it just so happens Rich used his talent and thought further to find the actuator arm (I hope I'm correct) for the vent door was 'merely' stuck and/or inoperable. So, for approximately $300.00 (I'm probably wrong), there has been no other problem with her heating system. In fact, the trust we both have re-established with the dealership is so great I have resumed taking my vehicle there for service/repair. An accomplished feat was my re-establishing my trust because once someone or a business gives me a reason to distrust, I don't bounce back. Thanks. More
