I also understand that we are going through an outside shop that brought your vehicle to us. I just wanted to contact you and verify that this is as you understand it. Ok. This is real. We have spent over $1300.00 on a rental!! If they had told us the truck was unable to be fixed we would have worked from that point immediately. This truck has been misdiagnosed not once but THREE times. But that's not what was said. AFTER all the work was done Cody sat there and told me to my face that the truck was too old to be fixed and they didn't take any responsibility for anything that happened the last time we dropped it off to have it calibrated. First of all, those were Ford parts that were bought to put in that truck. Second of all, our mechanic only did what the guys at Ford told him to do, third of all why are we still dealing with this a month later?! I used to bring my Navigator and my Expedition in all the time for tune ups and as you know that was pricey, but you guys always did good work and treated us fairly and had a great turn around time. I don't what what in the world is going on and what happened this time, but I have never had an experience so horrible and costly. All because of miscommunication. So disappointed

Monique, I apologize for what has happened during this period of time. when we have an older vehicle it is often necessary to fix a symptom before we find what the cause truly is. I know that the air suspension on the Navigators many times have several levels of problems as they get older and each one affects other parts around it. Many people with older Navigators eventually replace the entire air suspension with a conventional setup as parts wear and become harder to find. working through a third party sometimes makes it difficult as we do what we are asked and do not communicate directly with the customer trusting their technician to be giving the rest of the advice.

Again, if this had been communicated to us at the beginning we would not be having this conversation. NO one ever told us that or we would have prepared for it. We could have solved all of this by just replacing the air suspension in the first place instead of going though all of these changes only to end up with the same result. We've spend more money tinkering with it than just flat out replacing the system. We initially came to you. You first said we needed a sensor and then an arm. At no point did a complete replacement of the suspension system come up.

You all move the neutral position switch on are transmission so it can thaw codes replaced it and make money off of it and we found out that you all are some deceiving bastards it went in for recall and ya wanna make some money calling the Better Business Bureau on you an attorney general and the Ford motor company

why would we do that. We are the top rated shop for Ford in South Texas and certainly do not need to go to those lengths for work. I am sorry you feel that way and the recall we repaired is a simple wire replacement to add a fusible link.

Ok then tell me why your technicians were saying to replace the transmission like I said it's because you all moved in neutral safety switch so it can throw codes on 1st and 2nd shift I'm a ASE Certified Master Technician and like I said after the adjustment the truck is running fine now these things don't just get loose and then re tightened up either way I got the documentation and I'm sending it proper authorities
