The best car buying experience. We showed up unannounced , mid-day on Labor Day. Russell was in on his day off delivering a car in the morning and stayed with us all afternoon. We test drove several cars and got exactly what we wanted. There was zero pressure to buy, they had the exact inventory they showed online at the online prices. No bait and switch, no "that one sold". There was also zero pressure to purchase add on's, additional service plans, etc. In the door at noon, out the door at 4pm on a holiday with a new car. We 100% suggest Russell and Jordan Lexus. More

My 30,000 service was awesome and so thorough. A 4 wheel alignment was also prioritized but only after new tires were installed. Our SUV was washed and looked very clean. Only 3 issues stood out. The paperwork was never given to me and after called later that day to e-mail the docs, they still have not been received 3 weeks later. Also the little reminder sticker attached to front windshield in upper left corner was omitted. Asked about that also. No. 3 was that a front windshield cowl was to be ordered since the rubber seal would not stay on even after 1 official try at dealership. Said would call in 2/3 days to set up appt. 3 weeks later, still no call. I had to call them. Otherwise it was 5 star. More

Schedule oil change took over 3 hours. I am very disappointed in the quality of the technicians. I arrived at 8:20 for a 9am appointment, and 12:23 is when the oil change was completed. Unhelpful and unknowledgeable! We had a tire rotation and oil change! The car vibrated when we got it back! We called and he said we don't balance the tires when we rotate!
