Scheduled for Recall service without parts? I scheduled my 2017 RX350 for service. 20 k check up and 2 recalls on a Friday. I was called within 2 hrs to advise that the recall Parts were not ava I scheduled my 2017 RX350 for service. 20 k check up and 2 recalls on a Friday. I was called within 2 hrs to advise that the recall Parts were not available? Doesn’t make since? The loaner car offered was so filthy you could barely see out the windows and the gas tank was only 1/3 full. It was so dirty it was dangerous to drive so I immediately went to the car wash and filled it up with gas on the way home. The parts eventually came in 3 days later so I kept using the loaner car until mine was repaired. This experience was one that let me down. More

Tire Repair Polite, efficient, had tire damage question if repairable or need replacement. Was given a loaner to continue my business for the day. I was notified two hours later the tire was ordered and picked up by a member of the department and my Lexus was ready for pickup. Which I truly appreciated. So another day wasn’t interrupted.
