135k service I was impressed by the service consultant, Neal Armstrong, and the crew that worked on my car. I brought it in for a regular oil change, but upon insp I was impressed by the service consultant, Neal Armstrong, and the crew that worked on my car. I brought it in for a regular oil change, but upon inspection they alerted me (via text message) that my brake pads were worn and may need to be replaced. That required keeping my car overnight.
