45,000 mile regular. I called in re light on and said I wanted someone to look as I saw fluid on garage floor. Jessica said to bring it in. No, I don’t know all that was done but I was glad to be basically uninterrupted in what I needed to do. More

Robert Brooks on the other hand never bothered to get up from his desk in his glass enclosed office, (in which I could see directly into) and take the time to come out and introduce himself to me. I never had any personal one-on-one contact with him. He would relay all messages and communications through Noah, and then Norah would tell me what he had to say. Robert never once smile or knowledge me through the glass office, which I found slightly off-putting. With that being said, this is the fourth Lexus I have bought from Lexus of Mishawaka. I have always been traded well, and as a result I will continue to do my business with them. More
Dealership Ownership & Customer Service is Dismal Lexus vehicles sell themselves. Quality product and nice appointments. However, low maintenance and quality personnel have also been a premium factor for us when purchasing our Lexus' over the years. A feeling of distinction when arriving and departing a clean and professionally run operation. This is no longer the case! Regrettably, ownership in Mishawaka no longer prides itself on customer service, clean vehicles (loaners are horrible) and personnel being available upon arrival and departure. Never have I had such a dirty loaner as I experienced this week with only 200 miles on it. Evidently, SUV had never been cleaned since shipment. Difficult to see through the haze on the interior window, even with morning sun shining through! Special Thank You to Tony for skipping his lunch and not leaving me stranded by myself in the service bay upon returning the loaner. literally, no one was present. Why??? This dealership does a poor job in car salesmanship as well. Literally ended up purchasing two SUV's from Fort Wayne location because the Ownership, General Manager, Sales woman all fell short in providing reasonable responses for pricing. This is a shame as we like to do business locally, and previously had fantastic assistance from a past Sales Manager who left quite some time ago. Ownership is lacking the commitment toward excellence, quality, customer care and their attitude is dismal at best. This operation behaves more like a used car dealership. They expect people to pay the price without delivering on their end (sales, customer service, cleanliness of loaners, attitudes, availability, timeliness in responses). More

Actually, the worst service experience I’ve ever had at any I called to set up an appointment with Jessica Shipley (sp) who said she would order new rims for aLexus. Drove from Michigan to SB; no Jessica and no rims. Set up another appt with Andrew very nice and very helpful - for about a week later as he needed time to get rims in. Again drove from Mich to sb. Got there and again, no rims .waited all morning from a 10 am appt to 2pm. Finally pleaded my case to the team leader Robert who was excellent and said they would not be in that day. He let us have a loaner car and kept ours till Monday when the elusive rims showed up . Robert was the only one who knew what he was doing; was nice and did not charge for installation labor. Finally got new rims on wife’s Lexus and she was pleased with the look. Definitely not a smooth, well oiled Service function as compared to the one in Naples, Florida. Richard Ward More
