Found 2 broken items in the car. We started to negotiate and we were asked to give a price we'd consider, so yes - we low balled it and figured we'd get a counter. Nope. Manager didn't want to "insult" us with a counter - so we were sent on our way. Well, frankly I was insulted that we'd invested our time and money for something they were obviously not interested in our business. I've cancelled my interest in a Lexus in Indianapolis as well because of this treatment and will be considering other options. More
