Excellent Customer Service Mrs. Richardson went above and beyond in all areas of sales making sure that all of the features that we were requesting on a vehicle as well as the Mrs. Richardson went above and beyond in all areas of sales making sure that all of the features that we were requesting on a vehicle as well as the price were met prior to us driving 6 1/2 hours to complete the sale. We cannot remember if it was Mr. Brooks or Mr. Watson who also helped with regard to negotiating/approving the sale price, but that also was handled very timely. Mrs. Richardson also acknowledged the young man who detailed the vehicle and the service department who did necessary service to the vehicle prior to us picking it up. Alicia Debicka also was acknowledged and she also made sure that we were given information as to all of the features on the vehicle and how to best utilize them. Needless to say we are very impressed with the "LEXUS FAMILY OF MISHAWAKA" who were truly concerned about "our family". Thank you for everything!!! More

Friendly Service Dept, especially Jessica Lexus dealer in Mishawaka has always been a good place (though expensive as usual) to have our RX350 serviced. In the past we've encountered some patchy service when we constantly had to remind them of the lexus warranty we bought with our rx350 (that's the only ding other than the cost...we are out of warranty now). But Jessica has been our go to service person for the past year and she's been awesome! Good employees are a company's #1 asset (and bad ones #1 liability)! She's made going to the lexus dealer a lot better. But be sure to remind them of you have a warranty before the work is done! Their system should flag it but our experience is that you have to manually remind them. Ps. Service manager Robert was also stellar! More
