Wonderful experience at a dealership service bay. I’ve just relocated to the area and was please that there was a Lexus delearship in the area. My previous residence in the Detroit metro area had two near by with convenient and efficent maintenance service, but Jessica far exceeded my baseline expectations. The routine maintenace was prompt, no unneeded services were offered, my time was valued. The cost of maintenace is no issue, but any wasted time I cannot afford. Jessica was extremely knowledgeable on my vehicle and executed great customer service. Jessica minded the small details exemplifying professionalism. I will continue to return to this facility and purchase future vehicles from this dealer based solely on the service department. More
