As winter approached, there was cold air blowing from the passenger vents. I made an appointment to take it in and get repaired. They checked out everything thoroughly. They found what was causing the issue (after eliminating various things), and fixed it ... and, since my purchase was so recent, they did not charge me! :-) ...
