Wasted an hour waiting for parts department personnel to sh. Came in for transmission and transfer case service I chose to wait for the work to be completed. At the completion of the work I sat in the service writer’s office for neatly an hour waiting for someone in the parts department to show up to complete the paperwork so my bill could be finalized. The service writer was not happy and neither was I. Someone should address these issues with the parts department personnel. More
