10:30 am - 3:30pm. For oil change!!! I was stranded, waiting I should have been told that it will take 5 hours to do oil change, diagnose navitation and put my tire back under the car. Instead, Neal kept telling I should have been told that it will take 5 hours to do oil change, diagnose navitation and put my tire back under the car. Instead, Neal kept telling me "soon" and i was stranded. I requested for a driver to come and pick me up from where i was ( 10-15 minutes away) and Neal told me it will take a few minutes and it took almost one and a half hours! All my co- workers were shocked that Lexus of Mishawaka behaved this way as they saw me waiting and stranded. I would still recommend this place to someone because we have received better service in the past. More

Non-Conforming to factory specifications is acceptable Upon completion of an L-certified 35K mile service and winter/summer tire swap with alignment service, I found the completion paperwork showing the re Upon completion of an L-certified 35K mile service and winter/summer tire swap with alignment service, I found the completion paperwork showing the rear wheels to be out of factory specification. When I asked the service manager about it, and showed him the warning at the bottom of the page noting the non-conformity and the tire wear and potential safety risk, his response was literally “but it’s only out a little bit”. This was very alarming to me and I requested an appointment for it to be corrected. After consulting with the technician (not sure why that was needed because my expectation is it to be in spec), he agreed. Not was corrected and I am moving on. This is a completely unacceptable situation and I’d like to have an explanation from the GM why this could have happened. Respectfully, Tom Savchick More
