Good customer service; but scuffed car! Update: It appears their car wash permanently scratched the front and back bumpers on my car! I thought it was some scuffs that would come off with some hand polishing, but they are actually scratched into the paint. Secondly, after the oil change, I found a half-dollar-sized dent below the driver car door; an area maybe called a rocker panel. Previous Review: I just came in for another oil change service, which was a good experience. Every time I come to this Lexus, I am always greeted happily, with a smile, by Mike Mason and Alicja Debicka. Alicja has sold us 3 of our family's Lexus vehicles, and I highly recommend her as a great sales person, if she's still working there. Mike is the smiling greeter when you pull your vehicle up into their garage for service. They are both always nice, smiling, professional, and make me feel valued and appreciated. More
