Unprofessional service Came in for oil change at 90K mi. See sign no car wash. Had read reviews mentioning broken down car wash. It’s still a problem. Asked to go to waiting room without seeing Jessica. No signature to authorize them to do anything to my car. 30+ minuets later can see my car through the window is back. Quick oil change. 10+ minutes later told I could see Jessica. No explanation of work done apparently didn’t check anything else. We just moved to area I told her our other Lexus would need service soon. She did a half hearted look to find it in system no luck. Probably lost out on four new tires sale. I will be going to next closest Lexus dealer for that. They are not up the Lexus standard I am use to. More
