Service is Great! Management needs a service refresher! The service center is great!! They are friendly and clearly explain what needs to be done to your car. Also, the roadside assistance team was wonder The service center is great!! They are friendly and clearly explain what needs to be done to your car. Also, the roadside assistance team was wonderful when my battery was dead on a Friday night at midnight. They were informative and sent someone out to fix it right away. However, the dealership manager is not service oriented. When I went in on Saturday after the roadside service call, while apologetic, he took no steps to help the situation. He had no service loaners available and didn't take any steps to get me scheduled for service. He just kept saying "there is nothing I can do for you". That is not the type of service I expect after purchasing a "luxury" vehicle. More
