Happy I took my GS 350 in to get something looked at and when I got it back, the back bumper was scraped like someone backed into something with it. Not rea I took my GS 350 in to get something looked at and when I got it back, the back bumper was scraped like someone backed into something with it. Not realizing this until I got home, I told Tony about the issue and he got my car in to amend the issue fairly quickly! I appreciated the respect and understanding he showed me. I will only go to him when getting my car serviced. Thank you! More

Check Engine/O2 sensor service I have had my 2010 RX450H serviced here many times over the last several years. They are friendly, professional and have always done high quality serv I have had my 2010 RX450H serviced here many times over the last several years. They are friendly, professional and have always done high quality service on my Lexus. Tony is great to work with and always as nice as can be. The free loaner is a big plus. They did not have the part in stock so I got to drive a 2018 RX350 for the weekend. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that cost of service is very high. Even with the discount Tony gave me the cost of replacing an O2 sensor was double what I could have payed at a local reputable service center. More

Fallen Shield I called as soon as I noticed the shield had fallen underneath my car, I called the dealership and I was immediately given an appointment by the serv I called as soon as I noticed the shield had fallen underneath my car, I called the dealership and I was immediately given an appointment by the service staff. Within 20 minutes I was at the dealership and given a loaner. Although I didn't see my normal service provider, he definitely checked in with me when I picked up my car later that afternoon.
