Paid 700.00 for a repair & lights weren't working HID Lights weren't working correctly i wasnt told in march. I was then over charged for the labor in September to install them. No breakdown of quote for axle boots just a $1300 estimate. I called several times no calls returned. No customer should have to wait 15 min to drop off a car. Wasted an hour waiting for parts department personnel to sh. Came in for transmission and transfer case service I chose to wait for the work to be completed. At the completion of the work I sat in the service writer’s office for neatly an hour waiting for someone in the parts department to show up to complete the paperwork so my bill could be finalized. The service writer was not happy and neither was I. Someone should address these issues with the parts department personnel. More
