At first the experience was not very pleasant, they could work on better communication. I was very pleased with the work they did. They freaked me out when another issue I wasn’t aware of. The tech apparently knew what it was once he started my truck. Mind you my truck always sounded the way it did from the moment I drove it brand new off the lot. It’s crazy to own a vehicle for 5 years and never know it had an issue until now. Either way it fixed. I really am lucky to have a lifetime warranty on my truck. I will continue to use this dealer. Parker (customer service representative) has always been polite. My truck's bumber was damaged during service. Parker assured me that Dodge would correct the issue. Furthermore I had an appointment for the morning of Sept 6th for an oil change and for transmission fluid and filter change. This took 2 full days to complete ( I was not able to pick up my vehicle until 3:00 PM on Sept. 7th. On another note keep in mind when reading reviews that the service department rewards 5 star reviews with a free oil change. More
