The professionalism was poor. I was told I would get phone calls with updates, but I received none. I had to call multiple times throughout the week in order to get any info about I was told I would get phone calls with updates, but I received none. I had to call multiple times throughout the week in order to get any info about the status of my truck. None of the pickup times were accurate. I drove back and forth to the dealership at times they told me it would be ready, only to find out that I wasted gas. I was even given a pickup time on a day that the office was closed. They gave me $160 off of my total bill which was nothing compared to the time and money wasted. The job was supposed to take 1-2 days and it ended up taking 7. I will never use this dealership for maintenance or even purchase a car from there ever again. Anyone that considers it, I will negatively recommend this place. More
