Ramon is awesome. I would rather have a loaner car than having to wait on getting someone to drive me home but I guess if that is the best case its better than having I would rather have a loaner car than having to wait on getting someone to drive me home but I guess if that is the best case its better than having to sit and wait. Ramon has always been very helpful. He took care of issues caused by the other service writer who I did not see on my last visit but that guy stresses me out. When I show up there and he's there I wait for Ramon. The other guy couldn't care less for his customers. My ratings are about Ramon and just factoring in the other guy who is horrible. that guy has a bald head and wears a baseball cap he wasn't there the last time I was in so I was relieved. Overall, if I don't have to interact with that guy, I like the service. I wanted to give a description, so I don't get the newer person in trouble, he was very nice, but I still prefer Ramon. Also, I was charged for a diagnostic, but it was a matter of pressing on the box under my seat to make the airbag check light go off and it still goes off after paying the money for the diagnostic.
