Quality of work is fine, had gone for recalls which were all addressed. Inquired about spare tire lift that had seized after a single use, was told it was out of warranty by 1,200 miles and that there w all addressed. The part itself is $140 direct from Mopar. Was also quoted $219 (part only) for a fog lamp assembly that cost $189 direct from Mopar. Parts are over-priced, there was no attempt to create a positive experience to retain customer loyalty. Overall poor/average experience of what to expect when going to a dealership for service. More

They offer "military discount", but they don't really. At the end, they tell you they are already "discounting" the car, so they won't discount more for military or veterans.
