At first the experience was not very pleasant, they could work on better communication. I was very pleased with the work they did. They freaked me out when another issue I wasn’t aware of. The tech apparently knew what it was once he started my truck. Mind you my truck always sounded the way it did from the moment I drove it brand new off the lot. It’s crazy to own a vehicle for 5 years and never know it had an issue until now. Either way it fixed. I really am lucky to have a lifetime warranty on my truck. I will continue to use this dealer.
