Parker (customer service representative) has always been polite. My truck's bumber was damaged during service. Parker assured me that Dodge would correct the issue. Furthermore I had an appointment for the morning of Sept 6th for an oil change and for transmission fluid and filter change. This took 2 full days to complete ( I was not able to pick up my vehicle until 3:00 PM on Sept. 7th. On another note keep in mind when reading reviews that the service department rewards 5 star reviews with a free oil change. More
