My appt was scheduled for 1pm by the service dept. on the the phone, I was quoted 45 minutes for the recall service. At arrive , was asked if I was waiting there .I was told at check in , the mecha on the the phone, I was quoted 45 minutes for the recall service. At arrive , was asked if I was waiting there .I was told at check in , the mechanic were at lunch and it would beat least two hours. I stated I had an appointment and quoted 45 minutes service time. Ramon could see I was not happy, said he would see if any mechanic were available. It take almost two hours for the service to be completed. My point is why make customer service appointments, if you have no mechanics to complete the service. More
