Beware of service. Worst service in the nation. My car was in the service department for the third time for the same problem and they left the keys in the car with the Worst service in the nation. My car was in the service department for the third time for the same problem and they left the keys in the car with the doors unlocked and my car was stolen. After it was joyridden through the desert for two weeks it was recovered in bad shape. They acknowledged that they had left the keys in the car and did nothing. Now I am out a jeep that was in mint condition, the items that were in it, and my insurance deductible. I have had 9 jeeps and 2 rams and have always had them serviced at the dealer. I just moved here last year and am now willing to drive 70 miles down the hill to get good service. More

In a word, disappointing. I was told my repair was $1,000.00. I asked if my warranty covered it and they didn't even know I had a warranty. Then I was assured that all repai I was told my repair was $1,000.00. I asked if my warranty covered it and they didn't even know I had a warranty. Then I was assured that all repairs were covered, all the sudden they were not. I was promised the repair would take 1 day, it took 3. They forgot to order the parts!!!! When the car was done, no one called me, I called only to find it has BEEN sitting and done. Then I was charged the wrong price and had to pay additional money later. I was lied to, treated like I didn't matter, told all the wrong information. If I didn't have to go to the dealership for the warranty, I wouldn't. There is a bit more to my story starting out with my oil change, but I'm sure you get the idea. More
I’m so pleased that my van was looked at so thoroughly. The service personal were very polite and kind. Jacob in the service department is super professional and truly cares about the customer. I have had a lot of dealership experiences in the past couple years and working with him was by far the best. Wasn’t expecting that kind of service from them but he went up to bat for me with the warranty company and got my jeep on the road ASAP. More
From beginning to end my experience was great. My Jeep was brought in on a tow truck not running, I picked it up the next day purring like kitten. The staff is knowledgeable, and friendly.
