Mr. Albiar kept us informed of the status of work being done on our vehicle. When we got the bill which explained the work done, we were surprised that we didn't get a sheet pointing out what the 12 point done on our vehicle. Took 4 days to complete what was estimated at a one day repair. Tech inspection missed a cracked/broken windshield washer reservoir which was readily visible.
