At first the experience was not very pleasant, they could work on better communication. I was very pleased with the work they did. They freaked me out when another issue I wasn’t aware of. The tech apparently knew what it was once he started my truck. Mind you my truck always sounded the way it did from the moment I drove it brand new off the lot. It’s crazy to own a vehicle for 5 years and never know it had an issue until now. Either way it fixed. I really am lucky to have a lifetime warranty on my truck. I will continue to use this dealer. Thank you guys for taking care of my truck. More

Parker (customer service representative) has always been polite. My truck's bumber was damaged during service. Parker assured me that Dodge would correct the issue. It has been 2 weeks since the damage occurred and any contact regarding this issue has never been initiated by dodge and still there is no resolution. Furthermore I had an appointment for the morning of Sept 6th for an oil change and for transmission fluid and filter change. This took 2 full days to complete ( I was not able to pick up my vehicle until 3:00 PM on Sept. 7th. On another note keep in mind when reading reviews that the service department rewards 5 star reviews with a free oil change. More
Oil and tire rotation was supposed to take an hour. Was 2 and a half hours. When we finally got vehicle there was grease on the door handle and speedometer was set for kilometer’s instead of mph. Parker went above and beyond to help me out and he's the reason JTCD will still be my first call for my Jeeps service going forward even though I waited in the waiting room for 2 hours before I was informed reason JTCD will still be my first call for my Jeeps service going forward even though I waited in the waiting room for 2 hours before I was informed that they didn't have the right part to fix my window regulator. Since they already had the door panel off I was going to have to leave my Jeep for the rest of the day or until they could locate the part and complete the repair. In any event Parker put me in a loaner car and bent over backwards to help me out. He's the guy you need in that position and the reason I'll go back to JTCD. More
