I’m on the fence about recommending this time after my visit on Saturday. Most importantly because of the blatant lack of social distancing and use of masks! I was shocked how many employees and customers were running around like COVID 19 does not exist. The young woman who helped me was wearing a mask, she was fine. I was not comfortable being there. No outside waiting either. Then i was sent a text from service dept saying it was Critical I had my transmission fluid changed at 27k miles for $307!!! I know avg price for this service when needed is approx $ 150, and a brake fluid flush for $ 150! I know avg price is $70-110. come on Ziegler don’t push your customers away! More
