This type of customer service really worked out great for me. While the service department was doing the required maintenance the tech noticed several other problems that needed attention. I like this pro-active attitude ! Being a maintenance manager myself I try to impress upon my team to find the small issues and fix them before they become major problems. Great job ! Very disappointing. I specifically called the dealer to ensure that they had the Acadia in the right color and options. The day I got there, they attempted to bait and sw I specifically called the dealer to ensure that they had the Acadia in the right color and options. The day I got there, they attempted to bait and switch a car similar in color. But, the car I wanted was transferred to another dealer as a swap before I got here from NC. Next, the title process is an absolute nightmare. Out of town customers beware. Then, my temporary tag had to be sent via fedex because it was expiring. It is now a month later and the tag is about to expire again, I called to advise and no one would answer until I called the general number who went to the title agent to give me a call back. I am so sorry that I made this purchase. I compromised on the color because I liked the car but this process is utterly ridiculous. I took care of insurance on my end and I have paid my first car payment without a permanent tag on my vehicle. This purchase was made in February, it is now April. More
