This was a "check engine" light than can mean a variety of things beyond the mere error codes. The Team's attention to detail and experience lead to the solution and we were back in action immediately. Great service, horrible sales dept. I took our 2012 GMC Acadia in for inspection and it failed for motor mounts which are under warranty. We received a rental car and liked the way it looked. We visited the service dept. while awaiting our vehicle repairs which took a couple of days. I was curious on the value of our SUV and maybe we can upgrade in the near future. We inquired about a 2015 GMC Acadia and Salesman Tyler had a Toyota ready for us to look at. Then when we were not interested he showed us a Buick that looked almost identical to our vehicle. We decline that vehicle and asked about a new Acadia to compare to the new Enclave rental we were driving. They gave us the let's be realistic you can't afford that speech. They were knowledgeable of our vehicle being in service and even did an appraisal. Yet they were focused on the right now SALE and not the future SALE. $$$$$ I was thinking about getting a newer SUV in about a year and wanted to see what I liked. I thought this dealer cared about that kind of thing since we bought that one from them about 3 years ago, but it seems this salesman and floor manager didn't care about me but a sale. More
Better than what I expected I bought my 2005 Denali from the dealership in 2008 and have never been crazy about the service side (high labor rates, very high hardware rates) but I bought my 2005 Denali from the dealership in 2008 and have never been crazy about the service side (high labor rates, very high hardware rates) but working with Matt in Service and Technician Larry (neither are listed below), they provided above average assistance and the prices were very reasonable. So much so, I brought my car back for additional work and plan to do so again (not usual for me since I can be a penny pincher). The customer waiting lounge has high-speed internet and is comfortable so I could do all my work as I waited. Kudos and thanks! More

Every service was preformed as requested, estimates were very close to actual and delivery time was as promised. More
Customer service is horrendous! I called ahead to schedule a test drive and was told the vehicle would be ready upon arrival. Needless to say it wasn’t. Sales manager was of no help just sat there and didn’t care. I told the FM the experience was horrible and I won’t buy from the. His response was “Great don’t buy here”. Didn’t care to ask why or what could be done. More interested in hear about an employees recent audition. This was not a customer first experience. More
