Whether it was price or financing, they worked very hard to meet my requests. At the same time, their professionalism and courteousness were beyond compare. They made me feel like I was the only customer on the planet that mattered to them. Any e-mail or phone call was answered or returned promptly with exactly the information I needed. Lastly, Tim, the finance person, made all of the paperwork a breeze to get me in and out quickly. After all these years and more cars than I can remember, I truly believe I have found the perfect car dealership to stay with for all my future purchases. Do not keep their words and irresponsible I did a recent purchase. They told that I can pick the car and next day my bank will give them check. When I reached there, they told that they tempor I did a recent purchase. They told that I can pick the car and next day my bank will give them check. When I reached there, they told that they temporarily need a finance for their paper work so they suggested capital one with 10.9 % interest rate where as my bank was giving at 2.4%. After I took the vehicle, I sent them check but they told they can't do anything I need to contact capital one directly and loose money. I told their financial director Andy that I was given assurance by Amanda sisk. He told she left the company and now can't take any responsibility. Pathetic experience. More

He never pressured us in anyway. Being as we were his first customers, he is new to the dealership, he was very knowledgeable. After we picked out our car, Honda CRV 2017, and we thought we had negotiated a price, when we went in for the financing we found out that the price was significantly different. This was deceptive and unethical. This practice needs to stop. Honda is a good product, why resort to deceptive practices. this was in no way our salesmans fault. It was the managers. Our finance guy, Omar, was helpful, but his hands were tied. We really feel that the price you finalize is the price it should be, not additional fees added up and then put in the final package. Smh. More
