He even arranged to have my rental car returned for me so that I wouldn't go through the hassle of driving back and forth. The whole process was extremely easy and I'm very happy with the deal I got. I don't think I spent more than two hours in the dealership from start to finish, and they never pressured me to buy any additions I didn't want - including the easy finance process with Omar. I'd definitely shop here again, especially because they were willing to agree on a price in writing before I ever walked in the door. It made the whole process much more enjoyable and I got to enjoy having a new car right away. More

Wait time ! After waiting 5 almost 6 hours, I was givin a key to my car and was told to come back the next day. AND finish my paper work. Then another 10 days went by and had to again ask for any and all paper work on what and when work if any was done on my car prior to me buying said car,and was giving an e-mail.NOT mailed paper work. Once I read the e-mail AGAIN it had the wrong milage listed on date last serviced. I was told that they are still looking into the error . Still waiting for an answer. Other then that Mark was friendly and answered all my questions. Good man. Thanks Rich Long More

Unusually bad service! I took my car in for service - 45K mile service, problem with the power mirrors, and state inspection. I made an appointment for 8 AM and dropped my c I took my car in for service - 45K mile service, problem with the power mirrors, and state inspection. I made an appointment for 8 AM and dropped my car off 15 mins early, leaving the keys in the box with the form indicating what it was in for. 7 hours later I called to see what was going on...turns out they hadn't seen the keys in the box and my car was just sitting there all day. At this point the shop was closing in a few hours so they had to rush to get it done. At 5 mins to closing no one had called me back about the car yet so I called and they said - oh yeah, it's done. No call to let me know, no update on what it needed or what was done and while they did the inspection - I'm not sure about the rest of the services requested since the power mirror is still not functioning properly. I'm not even sure I want to take it back to have them look at it again given this unusually bad service experience. More
