Because I am the only driver in the household I had to wait for the vehicle. All work was performed in a very timely manner and I was on my way home in short order. I found the customer lounge to be very clean with a large screen TV tuned to HGTV (one of my favorite channels), plenty of hot coffee, a separate room for folks with computers to conduct business, and a very clean restroom. Who could ask for more. I purchased this vehicle 4 years ago at this dealership and I always bring it back for service. I would recommend this dealership to family and friends alike. More

Identified issued that were not visible externally, but after conducting a throughout inspection of the lemon, they identified several issues that were not visible when purchased. Issues that would cost as much as I purchased the lemon for. The only issue that I do have with Koons, was I advised the sales department I wanted to purchase another H2, spoke with a sales individual who took my information and said he would start looking. After w eek of not hearing back I called, not once but three times, to speak with the sales rep and got his voice mail each time. They never followed up on my request, so I ended up searching the internet and purchased a vehicle out of Fredericksburg, VA More
