Fair to Average The Service was covered under the warranty but I did not receive a copy of the paperwork or any proof of work. I called the dealership after picking up the automobile and request the paper work be e mailed to me. I did not receive an e mail with the paper work. The automobile was returned to me dirty. The Service Person said that the car wash door was broke. I suggest that Joyce Koons Buick have an alternative car wash agreement in place for such events. In the phone call I placed to the dealership after picking up the automobile, the a Manager said I could bring the automobile by for a car wash. I did receive use of a rental automobile at no charge which was good. Overall, there should be no issues for a basic or routine service call. This should be standardize process. More
