Philip was extremely warm, patient, diligent and genuinely interested in helping us find what we want rather than making a one time sale. He kept me updated on the status of the car even on his day off. Not only do we love the car that we eventually got, we loved the buying experience as well! Easy Transaction I ordered a new truck and was told it would be about 8 weeks. The truck arrived at almost exactly 8 weeks. Phil had most of the paperwork ready to go I ordered a new truck and was told it would be about 8 weeks. The truck arrived at almost exactly 8 weeks. Phil had most of the paperwork ready to go when I arrived to make the transfer go quickly. We took at look at the truck and everything was great. The dealership evaluated my trade in and unfortunately gave me an extremely low ball offer that was really disappointing, as an example, CARMAX was 3,000 higher than their offer. Needless to say I decided not to proceed with the trade in and instead decided to sell my vehicle privately. I provided my own financing but the dealership did offer to try to find me better financing. The financing offer they found was slightly better but just, so I ended up with my original financing. The Finance team member Mr. Ortiz was pleasant and I appreciated his work to get me a better APR. The Manager who helped facilitate the sale was John Rendo, he is also the manager that originally placed the order for my truck. He is a nice guy and seemed to be a straight forward salesman. He did offer to meet the CARMAX offer, but I was looking for something a little more in line with the KBB trade in average for my vehicle. Lastly, Phil was great to deal with, he kept me informed during the building process and even stayed late to accommodate my schedule so I could pick the truck up as soon as it arrived. He is a joy to talk to and I would recommend him to friends looking to purchase a new GMC. More
