Charles Carlson and Jay Scaramozzimo went above and beyond. They took care of every little thing that I requested. I had some questions and concerns after the purchased and Charles promptly took care of them. I am really happy with my experience. I will not consider another dealership for purchase of our next car. The only down part is the finance department (Although I did not used their finance service because paid cash) they are not the friendly people to work with. More

I was received on time, with warmth, friendliness, and of course As usual, my experience with Joyce Koons Buick GMC Service Center was exceptional. I was received on time, with warmth, friendliness, and of course that special smile I have nothing but the highest praise for my Service Advisor, Kevin Hall. He always makes sure I get what I ask for, and understand all that was done with my vehicle. I never feel as if I am just a little old lady customer who has to be hurried out of the center. Instead, Kevin Hall treats me with respect, and a certain type of care that is rare in these days. This has been true of Kevin's treatment of me from the first time he became my Service Manager. The experience with the Joyce Koons team from start to fini My wife and I recently purchased a 2009 GMC Acadia from Joyce Koons Honda in Manassas, VA. The experience with the Joyce Koons team from start to finish was honest, great, and professional experience. I originally found the dealership through the USAA car buying site. The Joyce Koons website was first class with tons of pictures that made the car and the 150 mile round trip trek more attractive to us. I spent a lot of time searching the internet for comparable models and the price at Joyce Koons was very competitive and was loaded with luxurious features. I was initially contacted after an internet inquiry through USAA's site from David Speaker, who was very professional and diligent in response. David set me up with an appointment with a sales person, Charles Carlson. Charles was very straight forward and easy to work with and offered a very competitive value for my trade in as well as price for the new car. Meeting with Misty to discuss the car features and guest services relationship with the dealership was notably a pleasant part of the process. Justin and Tim were very knowledgeable and helpful with all of my questions on the finance side and smooth closing of the deal. My previous purchase was from the Joyce Koons family of dealerships and it was as pleasant as this recent purchase. I will contact Joyce Koons again the next time I am in the market for a vehicle. I also plan to service my vehicle there. More
Unabashed up-selling of unnecessary service Even though I bought my GMC from Koons, I stopped taking it in for service many years ago. I couldn't have a service visit without hundreds or thousa Even though I bought my GMC from Koons, I stopped taking it in for service many years ago. I couldn't have a service visit without hundreds or thousands of dollars worth of unnecessary add-on repairs. I switched to another local dealer's service garage and never experienced the problems again. My vehicle performed flawlessly for 150,000 miles. Due to the need for a last minute state inspection, my wife chose to go back to Koons. Unfortunately, the same up-selling protocol still exists. The service team tried to demand over $1000 worth of unnecessary repairs. Koons told my wife that if she didn't go along with the repairs, they would place a rejection sticker on the vehicle. She accepted the rejection sticker; went down the street to another inspection station; and the vehicle passed without incident. Note that my wife specifically asked the technicians to inspect what had failed at Koons. They showed her how the suggested items did not need repair /replacement. It's unfortunate that this behavior persists at Koons' service department. I learned my lesson (again) and I will not return. More
