I went to Joyce Koons in Manassas to purchase a 2013 Honda Civic. This was my first car purchase and my second time going to a dealer. When I entered the establishment I was immediately welcomed with a smiling face and bright colorful surroundings. My salesman Antonio was an absolute joy to work with. He understood that I was nervous about my first car and took the time to explain everything to me for future car purchases. He was open to my opinions and always had my best interest in mind. I left that day with a new car and a new outlook on car ownership. I honestly believe that Joyce Koons will be my dealership of choice for a all future car purchases as long as I live in the DMV. More

I came to Joyce Koons after having a terrible experience with another dealership in trying to obtain the car I wanted at a good price. Gary Johnson and Patrick Bryant were friendly and responded quickly to with another dealership in trying to obtain the car I wanted at a good price. Gary Johnson and Patrick Bryant were friendly and responded quickly to all my inquiries. They were able to get the exact car I wanted delivered and available within three days. The process was fast and Patrick and Gary were also great about recommending other options for add ons to the car to save money, such as hitch installation. Tim Rowan in the finance office was wonderful. Overall I had a great experience and would recommend this dealership to anyone! More

As always, had to come in because my passenger airbag sensor came on and I had to address a recall notice. Great customer service, explained what was being done and was not overly expensive. I did lots of research online and found Koons GMC in Manassas to have the most reasonably priced for the vehicle I was looking for. We did a great deal of shopping around, visiting most of the major car brands, before we decided on the Buick Enclave. At Koons, we had the pleasure of working with Gary Johnson and Travis Gehring and were very impressed with their professional and friendly demeanor throughout the entire process. Both gentlemen spent a good deal of time with us, answered our many questions, and assisted us in purchasing the vehicle that was "just right" for us. Once we had selected from all of the many options presented, we were introduced to Pat Bryant. Flexibility was not going to be an issue with us, we challenged Pat to locate the Enclave with at least all of the features we had selected; we were not willing to give up on any of our choices. Pat got to work, sending out search after search trying to locate a car that would fill our needs. We applaud his persistence and determination to meet our expectations and were extremely impressed with the way he "kept us in the loop" with updates on his progress. He was successful in locating our car and we could not be more pleased with our experience. Tim Rowan, our finance manager, took time with us, carefully explaining the many details involved in the financing and transferring of our vehicle. Misty Barbe, Guest Services Manager, was another friendly face we had the pleasure of meeting during our purchase. She provided us with a good overview of the service department and set us up with a follow-up appointment that would be necessary to install additional options we selected. As we were almost ready to drive away in our new Enclave, it was noted that the car did not appear as sparkling clean as a new car should be when it pulls away from a Koons dealership. Gary, Travis, and Pat were on the job immediately. The car was sent back to the shop to be completely cleaned once again. This was the only downside of our entire experience with Koons Buick. We feel the shop side definitely let the sales side down by allowing a new car be presented to a customer in such a manner. Whoever does the detailing for new vehicles needs to shape up and take their job seriously! We are hoping that over the years, as we bring our Enclave in for service, we experience the same professional and courteous treatment that we received from the sales department.
