Jubilee Jeep is a whole vibe. They’ve honestly become like family to me. But Dylan didn’t. He actually called me to remind me of the issue and asked when I could bring the truck in. We set up an appointment, and he got the issue taken care of quickly. The best part? It was fixed for a fraction of the cost because of a warranty I didn’t even realize had gone into effect. That kind of care, follow-up, and honesty is rare these days. Great experience in getting our work truck transmission replaced. Was quoted a dollar amount and John made sure it was to the penny.
