I was stranded my car’s motor went out. They assured me it was nothing I done it was a motor that was a recall and everything would be covered under a warranty. They said wasn’t sure when it would be done depends on when the ordered motor came in 2-3 weeks including installing it. A little over week received a call my car was ready. These are the nicest and caring people I have ever known I will definitely come back. More

Everyone is nice until you have a complaint then you get ghosted. I brought up to the service writer back in March of this year my car only has 20000 miles on it and the tire's are wore out he advised me y ghosted. I brought up to the service writer back in March of this year my car only has 20000 miles on it and the tire's are wore out he advised me yes they are you might want to buy new tires next time you have it serviced I asked him what would you think if you bought a new car and the tire's we're worn out at 20,000 miles his response it wouldn't be good. I asked to speak with the person over the service department Jeff somebody never did get his last name was told he was out to lunch everytime I called he was either out or in a meeting never returned any of my calls. Asked to speak with Chris Smith he's the manager of the dealership they so you are just a customer I replied yes I'm just a customer same response called left numerous messages not one was ever returned. I have bought 3 new kia's from this dealership in the last 3 years but I guarantee you I will never buy another one from Julio Jones kia. More
