"Not a waste of time"

Purchased my car from Gene Lorsung at Junge Center Point. Should have gone here first and saved a lot of anguish and time. Not only did he bring my car from North Liberty he spent the time answering all my questions he also showed us the features on the car. He listened to us when we advised we had other financing and was very professional about it. No pressure for us and reassurance we made the right choice. Thanks Gene for making this so simple. My recommendation would be to start here. You won’t be disappointed Jody McMurrin

"Untrustworthy"

- Screwed over customer

Purchased a used vehicle from them where they failed to disclose they had seen transmission fluid on the inspection. We NEVER would have purchased it had we known this. We purchased it and 3 months later find out the transmission case is cracked. They talk up the certified warranty they gave us (and I'm sure we paid for) and left us high and dry even though they had not divulged this leak to us upon purchase. Tried to tell us they tested it when there weren't any extra miles on it to back it up. Then performed their own little "fix" on it without our permission while trying to get this resolved. Their "fix" is not what is recommeneded. Wouldn't trust a word they say.

"Warranty means nothing."

We purchased a 2012 Honda Accord from Junge. It came with a certified warranty. Three months later, we take it to Randy Kuehl Honda for an oil change service. Turns out Kuehl did the 45,000 transmission service. The car still had the 5 yr original warranty on it. Since Kuehl refused to fix it, we felt it was Junge's responsibility. They won't cover it because they didn't do the damage. They have the means to go after Kuehl, but wouldn't help us out. So they take it upon themselves to do a grinding down of the transmission and putting in a plug. This was done without notifying us or our permission. We've been told by 2 mechanics this will not hold. When we informed them that after 4 months, they have already depreciated the value of our car and any trade in, they don't care. When my husband explained this to Dan, he told him he usually doesn't even look at the transmission. How does that make you feel about purchasing a used car from them? They most likely saw it and decided to dump it on somone like us. They do not care about the customer, only the sale. After that, you should pretty much expect to be on you own for anything that causes trouble.
