Great experience! I've been to Napleton Kia several times and have always received good service. No hassles, no pressure. It starts with the Service Advisor, who today I've been to Napleton Kia several times and have always received good service. No hassles, no pressure. It starts with the Service Advisor, who today was Scott Myers. He was personable and made me feel like I mattered by greeting me at the door. He asked why I was there. We went through a few other recommendations I might consider, some of which I already had done. I asked if he would make a list of the service recommendations on the back page of my Invoice and that I would get them done eventually. Reps like Scott are the main reasons I return to Napleton Kia for service to my Optima. Another is the great work I can count on Service performing on my car. And if this wasn't enough for 5 Stars, they returned my Optima to me washed. Not bad way to start my day. More
