If I could give zero stars, I would. I called to inquire about a Kia Niro 2 weeks ago. After getting the quote, part of the charges included were for the Claremont advantage. I live in Northwest Florida almost 8 hours from Orlando. I would never use this advantage, nor did I want it. This dealership refuse to remove it from the cost of a vehicle. They are charging 11% over MSRP for vehicles, and then have the nerve to charge for something that the customer doesn’t want. The only offer I was given, was to remove $1000 off of the 2495 at the advantage cost. If you were in the market for a vehicle I would go anywhere else but here. More

I just purchased a vehicle from Kia of Clermont. I have been buying cars for a long time. This had to of been 1 of my best experience ever. Not to mention the sales man Ziggy was absolutely amazing. I have been buying cars for a long time. This had to of been 1 of my best experience ever. Not to mention the sales man Ziggy was absolutely amazing. He was quick straight to the point. N was very honest n not pushy at all. If you are looking for great service and a new car I highly recommend going to this dealership. I will definitely being buying all my cars from there and look forward to seeing the best sales man ziggy in the future. Thank You Kia and Ziggy for such a great experience.
