He found it the same day, took my info, and ga Previous customer of Kaiser. Contacted salesman Roy Day by phone looking for a certain type of vehicle. He found it the same day, took my info, and gave me an initial sales offer that day. Needed to discuss further because certain details (trade in value) wasn't enough. Came to the dealer several days later, ironed out what I thought was a pretty fair deal, and shook hands. Salesman Roy Day was great, both this time and 4 years ago when i bought a car from him. Friendly and no pressure. Once we agreed on the deal, Roy said let's get most of the paperwork out of the way so there is no delay when picking up the car. Good idea. Problem: waited about 90 minutes for the paperwork to be completed. Was told by management there were printer issues. It happens. We weren't the only new customers waiting. Roy Day was great during the entire time, checking several times on the delay. And the closing had some pressure to buy warranties. To be expected, and I have had a lot worse from other dealership. All in all Roy Day makes buying a car less stressful and you get, what I feel, is a good deal. Is very knowledgeable and Explains all the features of the car thoroughly? Will definitely use Kaiser again. They are about 40 minutes from my house, but worth the drive for friendliness and fairness. More

SOLD ME A CAR WITH A BAD CLUTCH, NOW HOLDING MY DOWNPAYMENT! I have had a horrible experience with this dealership in DeLand, Florida. I am Active Duty Military and found the car I was looking for online. I drov I have had a horrible experience with this dealership in DeLand, Florida. I am Active Duty Military and found the car I was looking for online. I drove to Florida to purchase the car. Fast track forward, I purchased the car drove it back to Virginia, realized there was a problem with the car took it to a dealership nearby and in fact there was a problem with the car. The nearby dealership actually gave an estimate to repair the car. I notified Kaiser Buick-GMC I would not be closing the deal on a car that had a previous issue. Fast forward again, Kaiser Buick-GMC said they would have the car picked up and transported back to Florida since I wasn't willing to close the deal on it. Fast forward further this dealership is now trying to play games with my down payment and that is totally unacceptable. It is my right to tell my awful experience with the dealership and hope it helps someone else from making the same mistake. I am willing to say they knew something was wrong with the car from the beginning. More
